The 3rd stop of the Intel Extreme Masters circuit will take place this coming weekend at the Electronic Sports League studio, in the German city of Cologne. The action will kick-off on Friday 14, with all of the matches from Group A being played that same day starting at 17:00 CET. Next day, all of the matches from Group B will take place, starting at the exact same time. To conclude, Sunday 16 we will witness the semifinals and the finals, starting at 14:00 CET.

Looking closely at the groups, you can see that Team FeaR and Team Dignitas have dropped from the competition, leaving place for Team Dynamic and AbsoluteLegends.NA to join the party. Also unable to attend the event are the Season 2 champions, Taipei Assasins, for whom a replacement has not yet been announced. Taipe Assasins has signaled health issues as their reason to not attend the event, while Dignitas and FeaR did not give an specific reason.
